How long does a hot water tank last?
Most gas tanks last 10 to 12 years. Hard water and skipped flushing shorten that.
How long does a replacement take?
A straight swap usually takes a few hours, so you'll have hot water the same day.
My tank is leaking. What should I do?
Turn the gas valve on the tank to Off or Pilot, shut the cold water supply valve above the tank, and call us.
